Symptoms

When attempting to access the Salary page, the following error occurs:

java.sql.SQLException: ORA-06502: PL/SQL: numeric or value error: character to number conversion error
ORA-06512: at "APPS.FND_NUMBER", line 20
ORA-06512: at "APPS.BEN_CWB_PERSON_INFO_PKG", line 259
