Symptoms

On : 11.5.10 version

When attempting to view PO Change History the following error occurs.

Page cannot be displayed


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Purchasing > Purchase Orders > PO Change History
2. Query a Purchase order (PO)
3. Click on the Compare to Previous PO icon or any icon for viewing changes
