MFS Laptop>Technician Dashboard Not Displayed Correctly After Install (Doc ID 1084808.1)

Symptoms

Find that when installing the 12.1.1 MFS Laptop client the dashboard is not displayed and the quick links are moved to the left side of the screen. This is known behavior when Olite 10G is used in combination with java 1.6. But in this case java 1.5 is installed.

This issue seems to happen for individual users only. When the install is done as a group owner (group with members and administrators) it seems to work fine.
