Symptoms

In Oracle Application R12.0.4 with Argentina Globalization,

Attempting to create a Business Relationship (JGXXEASC.fmb) and find the List of Values (LOV) for the Primary ID Number, which is linked to the Legal Entity, has no values.

Some fields were inactivated, which are affecting the withholding certificate report.

Steps to Reproduce:
Responsibility:  Argentina Payables
Navigation:  Argentina Localization > Company Information > Business Relationships
Open the List of Values (LOV) for the Primary ID Number and no values are listed.
The LOV is not recovering the 'Primary ID Number' Linked to the Legal Entity.

Changes

Upgrade to R12, the fields were disabled on R12.
