Service Request Audit: Update Date only show Date format, it Does Not Show DateTime (Doc ID 1085007.1)

On  Service Request Form the Find that Request Audit for Update Date does not show Time

Expected the time to show in addition to date.

Workaround: None

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility Customer Support
> Service Request - Tools -> Request Audit: Update Date does not show Time

The issue has the following business impact:
For the whole call process and also for escalation and reporting issue it is important to have the date and especially the time of the respective audit information.
