For Payment Transaction, Create Accounting shows following error:

Intercompany balancing was unable to generate the intercompany account. Please check the intercompany balancing rules setup.
Fnd log shows:
error_code = FUN_INTRA_CC_NOT_CREATED
BEGIN of procedure BUILD_MESSAGE

p_msg_name = XLA_INTRA_CC_NOT_CREATED
