Reversal of miscellaneous transaction does not mirror the original transaction (Doc ID 1085836.1)

In the Expenditure Inquiry (PAXTRAPE) screen, functional amounts on the reversal is not the same as the original amount. 

Originally entered a miscellaneous transaction pre-approved batch (PAXTREPE) to add costs on a project.  Entered the employee information, project, task, etc.  The expenditure was incorrect, therefore, the batch was reversed to re-enter the information correctly.

The reversal is just done by clicking on the reverse button, no information is entered. But the reversal shows the same quantity, but the functional amount on the reversal is not the same as the original.
