Symptoms


After upgrade from 11.5.8 to 11.5.10.2 When attempting to run JEDEDEFI module: German International EFT Format Program  the following error occurs.

MSG-00080: The length of your bank user EFT number must be of 10 digits.
REP-1419: 'beforereport': PL/SQL program aborted.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Try to create a Batch Payment using Format payment:German International EFT

Upgrade from 11.5.8 to 11.5.10.2
