CRL And CUAT Forms Not Compiling In R12 For Non-US CRL Forms (Doc ID 1086549.1)

Symptoms

The NLS versions (non-US versions) of patches fail with forms compilation errors when applying patches.
Only the CRL form recompiles for non-US languages.

The following forms did not generate successfully:
          $CUA_TOP/forms/<lang>/FACEXTTF.fmx
          $CUA_TOP/forms/<lang>/FACHRAHP.fmx
          $CUA_TOP/forms/<lang>/FACHRDRS.fmx
          $CUA_TOP/forms/<lang>/FACHRRET.fmx
          $CUA_TOP/forms/<lang>/FACHREAH.fmx

Changes

Upgraded to Release 12.0.6.
