Symptoms

Periodic Mass Copy errors with:  
Some retirement transactions are pending.  Please run the Calculate Gains and Losses program.  If you wish to cancel or undo the retirement, please query it first.
Error: function fampcrs returned failure (called from FAMCP)
APP-OFA-48400: ORA-01403: no data found
