R12 - 'Personalize Attachments' link and 'Create Item' icon in the Personalize Structure Region are not Visible (Doc ID 1086886.1)

Following <Note 1080508.1> to add Attachment Category in Customers screen (under Attachments tab)using Personalization but:

1) the 'Perzonalize Attachments' link is not visible when navigate to Customers screen.

2) and the 'Create Item' icon in the Personalize Structure region is not visible when click on 'Perzonalize Attachments' link.
