Symptoms

When attempting to change the ship to address the following error occurs.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create Back-To-Back Order.
2. Use Auto create function to create PO for requisition corresponding to above sales order.
3. Receive only partial quantities.  For example, original quantity is 30 and receive only 5.
4. Run the pick release process.
5. Received quantity will be staged and rest of the quantity will be in back order.
6. Repeat the step 3 above.
7. Back order the entire order.
8. Now try to change Ship-To address on the line which results in the error.
