Symptoms

On Release 12.0.6 several concurrent reports are failing with the following error:

/u02/oracle/PROD/apps/tech_st/10.1.2/bin/rwrun: error while loading shared libraries: libde.so.0: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

Program exited with status 127
Concurrent Manager encountered an error while running Oracle*Report for your concurrent request 478188.

Review your concurrent request log and/or report output file for more detailed information.
