PO receipt (CSIPOINV) Error: An Owner Party Already Exist For This Item Instance (Doc ID 1087852.1)

When attempting to do shipment between organizations after applying patches '7452466' and '7255055' the following error occurs in the Transaction error processing form:

CSIPOINV: An Owner Party already exist for this Item Instance XXXXXXXX. An Instance can have only one Owner Party

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Sales Order Create & Booking (Ex. Order123) – Organization : ORG1
– order status : Booked
– Serial Control: At Receipt
2 Workflow Background Engine - order status : Awaiting Receipt
3 Requisition Import (PO Requisition)
4 AutoCreate (PO APPROVE)
5. Sales Order Manual Created(Order456) – Organization : ORG2
– order status : Awaiting Shipping
– Serial Control: At Sales Order Issue
6.Pick Release
7.Pick Confirm
8.Ship Confirm
9.Sales Order(Order456) Closed
10.PO Receipt
11.Sales Order (Order123) Closed
Result for issue test in INSTALL BASE TRANSACTION shows only transaction id with type OM
Ship/Fulfill and status PENDING

Normal case (before applying patches) test in INSTALL BASE TRANSACTION shows 3 transaction ids with type as following
OM Ship/Fulfill with status PENDING
PO Receipt into Inventory status COMPLETE
OM Ship/Fulfill with status PENDING


Applied Patches '7452466' and '7255055'
