Symptoms

In Receivables create a Payment Term that calculates Due Date from End of Month plus 68 days.

In 'Cutoff Day' section, it is checked 'Last Day of the Month'
Seq 1:
Relative amount 100
Due (days): 68

Using the Payment Term create an invoice with Invoice Date 28-MAR-2010, Due date is calculated as 30-May-2010 and not 07-JUN-2010 as expected.
