After changing the Base Language to English some content is still not shown in English

Steps finished until you reach the described point :
1.) Performed a fresh Install of E-Business Suite Release 12.0 - 12.1.1 with a non-English language enabled as the Base Language
2.) Changed the Base Language to English, as described in the NLS Release Notes, for example <Note 788053.1>- 'Oracle Applications NLS Release Notes, Release 12.1.1' :
Customers Changing an Existing Installed Language to a New Base Language3.) Login with new Base Language (English)
"Use the Change Base Language script (adchgbase.pl) to make an existing installed language the new base language.
This script updates single-language tables and corresponding seed data to the new base language....
Run the adchgbase.pl script to generate the u_ChangeBase.drv patch driver. This driver is based on seed data in your environment.
$ perl $AD_TOP/bin/adchgbase.pl [AppsUID/AppsPswd]
Apply the driver to your system using AutoPatch. The driver is located at: $AU_TOP/patch/115/driver/u_ChangeBase.drv.
Review the log files for any issues."
4.) Query for a Key Flex-Field like
System Administrator Responsibility -> Key Flexfield -> Segment -> press 'find'
The information of the Key Flex-Field is displayed in the old Base Language.
