EXECUTABLE:ARACCPB - Submit Accounting
EXECUTABLE: XLAACCUP - Accounting Program


Symptoms

Ran create accounting (XLAACCPB ) which spawned Accounting program (XLAACCUP).
Accounting program failed due to this logfile error:

An internal error occurred. Please inform your system administrator or support representative that:

An internal error has occurred in the program xla_ar_acct_hooks_pkg.main. Technical problem : Error encountered in product API for postprocessing


ARP_XLA_EXTRACT_MAIN_PKG.postprocessing()+
EXCEPTION OTHERS in arp_xla_extract_main_pkg.postprocessing
Error :ORA-00060: deadlock detected while waiting for resource
Technical problem : Error encountered in product API for postprocessing
