Symptoms

After updating one customer record, when you query another customer record by F11 and Ctrl+F11, the expected data is not fetched and error is raised:
FRM-40301: Query caused on records to be retrieved. Re-enter.

But when the queried again the Customer data shows up.

Steps to Reproduce:

Responsibility: Receivables Manager
Navigation: Customers > Standard

  1. Query a customer , for example: ABC and Click Find button.
  2. Click on OK button, and then click on classification tab
  3. Change class to INDEPENDENT (or any type of class). Save change.
  4. Click in customer # field, F11 to enter query mode, Enter customer BCD, CTRL/F11 to run query
    Error is raised:
    FRM-40301: Query caused on records to be retrieved. Re-enter.
