Symptoms

After having imported invoices into Payables via 810 ECEINI,
the " OUT: Application Advice (824/APERAK) " [ECEADVO] produces no data.

LOG file shows:
Progress level ADVOB-10-1446: No HEADER level rows processed for transaction ADVO.
Progress level ADVOB-20-1615: No HEADER level rows processed for transaction ADVO.
