Add To Cart Button / Checkout Button is Not Displayed in Catalog / Shopping Cart (Doc ID 1091163.1)

In the Oracle iStore User Interface (UI) the items can be seen but there is no "Add to Cart" button available and therefore the user is unable to place an order.  The add to cart button is not displayed or is missing from the screen.

Expect that the items have an add to cart button available so that the customer can add the item they wish to purchase to the shopping cart

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Responsibility: Oracle iStore
  2. See items but no add to cart button

Business Impact

Due to this issue, users are unable to place an order via iStore and Sales Orders and business is lost
