Symptoms

Attempting to register for access to iSupport as a user of an existing company
After completing the required details the following error is received

--Error

The user could not be registered at this time due to an internal error. Please contact the system administrator if this problem persists.

The Browser View Source for the page shows the following:-

Caused by: oracle.apps.jtf.base.resources.FrameworkException: Internal Error while registering User. Please contact the System Admin or try later.

--Steps

1)Go to iSupport homepage (ibuhpage.jsp)
2) Click on Register Here link
3) Enter details, and select enrollment type
4)Click Next button and error occurs.
