Customer Form, Contacts Issue: How to Maintain/Update the "Purpose" field for Account Site Phone Numbers? (Doc ID 1091248.1)

When navigating to the Site Level Communication tab, in the Account Site Phone Number section there is a Purpose field, but it cannot be edit.
How can I update this field?
