R12: Account Details Screen 'Total Balance' Functional Shows The Balance of The Displayed Records Only (Doc ID 1091617.1)

Symptoms

Find that the Total Balance Functional field is only summed up for the records you scroll down with the cursor. 
If you go down to the last record and put your cursor there it shows the correct balance for all listed records.

Steps to Reproduce:
Responsibility:  Receivables
Navigation:  Collections > Collections > Account Details
Search for a customer with many open items
You will see that the Total Balance Functional is having the amount of the records displayed in the screen.
If you scroll down the amount changes.
