ARXSUDCA: Employee Name Does Not Save When Defining A Collector

Form:ARXSUDCA.FMB - Define Collectors
The employee name is not saved when you define a Collector.
Navigation: Setup Collections > Collectors (ARXSUDCA)
Define a Collector
Complete fields Name, Correspondence Name
Select the employee defined earlier in HR in the Employee Name field and save the record
The record saves successfully
Re-query the just created Collector record
See that the Employee Name field appears empty
Patch 8824948:R12.AR.B had been applied.
