On : 12.1.1 version, Subledger Accounting

The user has done the setup for "Actual Cost Adjustment' and not for 'Cost Revaluation'.

When computing Actual Cost adjustment transactions, they find that Cost Revaluation entries are created in the Subledger Accounting Program report after running the Create Accounting process, even though the OPM Pre-processor in the last run was without specifying the 'Cost Revaluation' parameters.

Expect that 'Cost Revaluation' entries should not be created if the 'Cost Revaluation' parameters are not specified when running the OPM Pre-processor.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Perform Actual Cost Adjustment for an item
2. Run Cost processes and Accounting pre-processor and Create Accounting
3.Check accounting entries
