Symptoms

Problem Statement:

When attempting to add an element to an employee retroactively, the Retro-Notifications Report (Enhanced) PDF does not generate any output.


Steps to Reproduce:


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps.

  1. Add an element to an employee retroactively.
  2. Run Retro-Notifications Report (Enhanced)  - PDF and no output is generated for the added retropay element entry.
