Executable:ASG_USER_CONC - Manages Mobile Users

Goal

This note is intended to be a living document to record known causes for the Manages Mobile Users concurrent program (MMU) to fail with the following error when trying to create a mobile user:

User Creation Error: 105027603 java.sql.SQLException: ORA-06510: PL/SQL: unhandled user-defined exception
ORA-06512: at "APPS.ASG_HELPER", line 177
ORA-06512: at line 1

This error is very generic. It can have many different causes.  In general it is a data-issue that is causing it, often for only one or a few records. The error occurs when MMU is trying to create the user and finding/populating all required data for that user in the access tables.

There is a note that can be used to take action on investigating this error:
<Note 1084129.1> - How To Investigate MMU failing with ORA-06510: PL/SQL: unhandled user-defined exception

The standard FND debug information does not always point to the exact problem so further debugging is required. The steps to do that involve changing seeded code, which is rather invasive. To minimize the rediscovery effort, this note will be used to document all causes found for this error so the known cases can be checked before debugging further.
