Getting 'Invalid unit of measure code' Error (Doc ID 1093434.1)

Symptoms

When cascading effective dates you get an error message, but the cascade is successful.

Other flows may encounter the same error although the UOM Code could be any of "MINUTE", "HOUR", "DAY, "MONTH" or "YEAR".
