'The validation of the scheduling hierarchy has failed' when Visit is Pushed To Production after Modifying Visit Start Date to a Prior Date

When attempting to Push a Visit into Production after changing Visit's Start Date to a prior date and time, the following error occurs.


The entity with header id (1696121) generated the following error(s).
The validation of the scheduling hierarchy has failed. Please correct any dependency or constraining relationships first.

1. A Visit was created and pushed to production in the hangar expecting that they will receive the aircraft on a given date (i.e. 09-Mar-2010) in the evening hours.
2. But the aircraft was received in the morning.
3. When the user tried to reschedule (i.e. changed the start date to 09-Mar-10 at 9:00AM), while pushing to production, the above errors were raised.
