Not Able To Change Pay For Employees Begining Of The Pay Period Via Manager Self Service (Doc ID 1095043.1)

On : 12.0.4 in Productiion version, Manager,HR Views,Emp Directory

When attempting to do a Change Pay in Manager Self Service using an effective date which is after the pay-period end date for the last payroll run ,the following error occurs.

ERROR

Please select an effective date on or later than 31-Jan-2010 for the pay proposal.

Expected
-----------------------

Expected to be able to enter Salary changes after 16-Jan-2010 as that was the pay-period ending for the last payroll processed for this employee.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Manager Self Service
2. Select employee Mouse, Mickey for Salary Change
3. Click on Proposed pay.
4. Enter Proposed Date 17-Jan-2010, one day after Pay-period end 16-Jan-2010
5. Receive error message: Please select an effective date on or later than 31-Jan-2010 for the pay proposal
