Patch Application Error (for US FEDERAL FINANCIALS ONLY): Patch 8602801 Fails with ORA-00904: "PRORATE_CHARGE": invalid identifier (Doc ID 1095504.1)

Symptoms

WARNING: This patch is only applicable to US FEDERAL CUSTOMERS. If you do not have a US FEDERAL installation, DO NOT APPLY THIS PATCH.

 

Applying Patch 8602801 fails while running fv_data_cleanup.sql. The log file shows:
