R11.5: PA: Issues Following Initial Load - ORA Errors and No Data in PJI Dashboards (Doc ID 1096483.1)

Symptoms

Problems in not being able to see the Capital Projects Cost Management and Contract Projects Cost Management dashboards.  There is no use of Project Performance Reporting.  No current budgets at the project level.
 
Steps were followed, but did not resolve the problem.
 
Set Profile option "PJI: Truncate PJI Summary Tables" to "yes" at the site level
Run "PRC: Delete Project Intelligence and Performance Reporting Data"
Set Profile option "PJI: Truncate PJI Summary Tables" to "yes" at the site level
Run "PRC:Delete Project Intelligence Data"

If you need to change project performance set up options or Business Intelligence profile options,you can change it now.

Set Profile option "PJI: Truncate PJI Summary Tables" to "yes" at the site level
Run "PRC: Delete Project Performance Reporting Data" process with "FPM Upgrade" parameter set to "yes"
Run "PRC: Load Project and Resource Base Summaries" with the `Extract Commitments´┐Ż parameter set to No. (Performs initial load of actuals into base level summary tables)
Run "PRC: Load Project and Resource Base Summaries" with the `Extract Commitments´┐Ż parameter set to Yes. (Performs initial load of commitments into base level summary tables)
Run "PRC: Load Project Performance Data" process
Run "PRC: Update Project Performance Data" process

Update Time Dimension (From Date : Global Start Date, To Date : Sysdate or Future Data)
HRI: Load All Organization Hierarchy Versions
PRC: Load Project Intelligence Data
PRC: Update Project Intelligence Data
BIS: Materialized View refresh utility with parameter as ALL
