The "Global Journal Ledger Report" output has the Reporting Sequence Number starting from 4632.

Expect the Reporting Sequence Number to start from "1".

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in as General Ledger Superuser
2. Navigate to View > Request > Global Journal Ledger Report
