In Oracle Warehouse management,  When attempting to over receive using Mobile, the following error occurs.

'|Create PO interface record failed. |Quantity tolerance'

This works through desktop but not through mobile.

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps
1. Create a PO for 10 qty and approve it
2. Set Over receipt tolerance 20%  and Over receipt Action as "None"
3. Try Use NEXT ITEM button to receipt 1 qty each for 12 quantity (in a single transaction).
4. The system throws an error '|Create PO interface record failed. |Quantity exceeds tolerance'.

Upgraded from 12.0.4 to 12.1.1  Users do not have the same issue in 12.0.4. The system will allow them to over-receive as described above via the Mobile in 12.0.4.
