Incorrect Role Assigned to Compensation Plan Resulting in Calculation Failing Population (Doc ID 1097602.1)

Symptoms

When a role is added under the Eligibility tab of a Compensation Plan the count for Resources remains at zero.

It is expected that the Resource count changes as there are resources available with this role.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

(R) Plan Administrator
(N) Maintain Component Library > Create Compensation Plan > Eligibility tab
Enter a role
Save
The Number of Resources count remains at 0
