Account Number Disappears After Customer Merge (Doc ID 1097855.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.5.10.2 version

When  running Customer Merge the merged to Account Number for the Owner is deleted on the related item instances in  Installed Base and the Site number is not updated.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect Install Base instances to be update with new Account Number and name and the Site number to be updated properly.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Perform Party Merge
2. Perform Customer Merge
3. Query up related item instances in Install Base

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot trust item instance data after Customer merge is done on related Customer accounts.
