Why Quality Collection Plan is Not Displayed On Mobile (Doc ID 1098303.1)

Goal

1. Why some  inspection plans for receiving, and inspection  work correctly on desktop forms, but do not appear through mobile receiving or inspection.
On the mobile at inspection, the following message appears in the status line: 'No applicable plans'

2. Which transaction to associate in order to use collection plan on mobile on receipt. (first step of the receiving): use a collection plan on receiving independently if the item is inspection required or not. (standard receipt).
