Symptoms
An itinerary is created that includes a Border Crossing Interim Point. This is used to plan a Multistop Order Release. It is expected that the Border Crossing is inserted between the stops in which the country code changes. However, the border crossing stop is always being inserted between the pickup and delivery stops (even if they are in the same country)
