When attempting to open the Total Compensation Statement pdf file from the Printable Statement button, the following error occurs:

ERROR
-----------------------
Adobe Reader could not open 'BENTCTRPT-474169438_out[1].pdf' because it is
either not a supported file type or because the file has been damaged (for
example, it was sent as an email attachment and wasn't correctly decoded).

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Employee Self-Service responsibility and select Total Compensation Statement.
2. Click the Printable Statement button.
3. Select the Open button to the Adobe File Download pop-up window.
Message occurs.
