Post Mass Additions (FAMAPT) Shows Merged Child Line From Projects Not Posted With Parent Line To Fixed Assets (Doc ID 1099273.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
-----------------------

Merged child (MC) line coming from Project Accounting (PA) is not posted to the asset when both merged child and parent lines are posted in FA.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
---------------------------
Expect merged children lines to be posted with their parents.

Ex. 
Asset 123456 created from two mass-additions lines (transferred from Oracle Projects)
Line 1 amount is 100000
Line 2 amount is 13000

After "Post mass addition process" only 1 line of two was posted to assets (Asset Cost amount 100000).
Second line (13000) have status "POSTED" but it is not in asset source lines and not in asset cost.

Asset Cost is short by the Line2 amount

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Run Mass Additions Create from PA responsibility to create merged children lines to FA interface.
2. Run Mass Additions Post from FA responsibility to post these PA lines to assets.
3. Review the created assets and find the merged child line gets the status posted, however it is not added to the asset cost with the parent line.
