This information center provides access to announcements and alerts associated with the Oracle E-Business Human Capital Management (HCM) family of applications. Including access to documentation, mandatory patching, HCM Proactive Tools, and HCM RUP Known issues.

The Information Center also contains the index of all of the HCM Information Centers.  This includes but is not limited to:  Oracle Human Resource (HR), Oracle Payroll (PAY), Oracle Self-Service Human Resource (SSHR), Oracle Advanced Benefits (OAB), Oracle Learning Management (LM), Oracle Talent Management (TM), Oracle Approval Manager (AME),  and all of the legislation's which are supported.
