ConcurrentProgram:CSFUPDATE - CSF:Update Debrief Lines

Symptoms

On : 11.5.10.2 version, Debrief / Field Service Report: the CSF:Update Debrief Lines (CSF:Update Debrief Lines) Program end with a warning and the following message appears in the log file:

The transaction failed because there was either an error in your record or there was no manager running. You can view the errors or resubmit the transaction from the Transaction Interface window in Oracle Inventory. The transaction header id of this transaction is &TRANSACTION_HEADER_ID.

Negative balances not allowed



STEPS
1. Login to the Oracle Applications.
2. Field Service Manager --> Create Service Request and Task.
3. Click Debrief to enter the material debrief and save.
