Symptoms

When using Web ADI through Asset Integrator in R12.1.1, when trying to upload through Excel, the following error occurs after clicking "Upload":

Fatal error: Please have your system administrator view the bne.log file.
java.io.FileNotFoundException: /test01/a01/app/oracle/apps/apps_st/appl/bne/12.0.0/upload/abcw923T2.xml (No such file or directory)
