XLAAARPT: Account Analysis Report Shows Wrong Ledger Total (Doc ID 1100704.1)

Symptoms

The Subledger Accounting Account Analysis Report shows an incorrect ledger total.  The ledger total should display the total of Account Total or Ending Balance for Period (which are equivalent) in the report detail.
