Create Accounting Error 0 Event Type Not Included in Application Accounting Definition

Symptoms
When attempting to perform Create accounting - cost management, the following error occurs. Ct is using the Pre Seeded Application Accounting Method "PI_COST_MANAGEMENT". This is attached to the user defined Subledger Accounting.
ERROR:
0 The event type associated with the event is not included in all the application accounting definitions used by the ledgers in the Accounting Setup. Please make sure the event type is included in all application accounting definitions assigned to subledger accounting methods used by ledgers in the Accounting Setup. If you do not want to create accounting for a particular ledger, unselect Create Accounting for the event type in the corresponding application accounting definition.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Cost Management SLA Responsibility
2. Run the Create Accounting program
3. In the parameter "Transfer to GL" is Yes.
