Information in this document applies to any platform.
Find that Task Status and Task Assigment Status are not in sync for tasks (and assignments) that are created on the Mobile Field Service device (PocketPC or laptop)
1. Create Task on PPC
2. Assigned it to self so the engineer can view it.
3. Click on OK to save it.
4. Change Task Status to Working (this is an important step for this issue)
5. Click on sync to upload the changes in apps by running the process 'upload mobile data' concurrent.
On PPC task assignment status is shown as 'Working' whereas on the enterprise applications the task status is still being shown as 'Assigned'
