oracle.apps.ego.item.postRevisionChange
Symptoms
The event "oracle.apps.ego.item.postRevisionChange" is raised twice when assigning any item to Organization.
Using API "ego_item_pub.process_user_attrs_for_item" fires the event "oracle.apps.ego.item.postRevisionChange" twice when assigning any item to Organization.
Steps to Reproduce
1) Enable the event "oracle.apps.ego.item.postRevisionChange".
2) Create a subscription with a Package using "ego_item_pub.process_user_attrs_for_item" API.
3) Assign any item to Organization.
4) The event "oracle.apps.ego.item.postRevisionChange" is raised twice.
