Service Request Form
When attempting to change the 'One Time Address' on SR header, the following error occurs.
The address cannot be validated because no geography usage exists for this country.Please contact your system administrator
even if The Profile “Service: Validate One Time Address Against TCA Geography” is set to 'No'.
The Geography validation is happening even after setting the profile to "No"
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Select Service Responsibility
2. Select Create Service Request, create a service request
3. Select the One time Address and fill all the fields and save it
4. Change Address information to any value,
5. Save Service Request
