Symptoms
An agent is configured to listen to the event:
WORK INVOICE - STATUS CHANGED (Restrictions: WORK_INVOICE_SENT_SENT)
When the Work Invoice is sent using Action: Send Interface Transmission, this Agent Event is not triggered and therefore the Agent is not executed.
