Symptoms
When attempting to schedule a task from the Dispatch Center form with FND debug enabled, an error occurs
APP-FND-00005: Incorrect arguments were passed to user exit
#DEBUG_LOG_STRING "1"
"csf.forms.CSFSCGUI.csf_scheduler_gui."
"populate_task_details.enable_disable Access : Y".
Please correct the user exit call in your form exit.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in to apps with Field service responsibility > Dispatch Center > Inbox > Schedule Task > Error APP-FND-0005 is thrown.
The FND Debug Log is enabled and this is when the error occurs.
The error does not occur when FND Debug log is NOT enabled.
